📋 Phase 1: Plan

• Custom strategic plan: We custom build your implementation strategy, timeline and milestones, with weekly progress reporting.
• Team preparation: Priorities scoping, a team announcement, Team Work Profiles survey and pre-training orientation.
• Planning resources: The implementation template and Project/Process planning worksheet included with the lower packages.

• Customized account framework: Teams, projects, portfolios, goals and reporting.
• Three workflow buildouts per cohort:
  • Two expert-led: We lead the build, dry run and rollout.
  • One coached: Your builder leads, with our planning, guidance and feedback.
• Starter templates and embedded training: All reusable resources included with Starter and Core, including the guided builder-training template and videos.
  • Process workflow starter template: a 20-step buildout process with 20+ embedded training videos.
  • Project workflow templates: 20+ embedded trainings.
  • Training snippets: built in where you need them.
  • One-on-one meetings template.
  • Reference project template.
• Live team training: Asana Basics and Best Practices Live and Asana Daily Routines Live for team members and team leads. Recordings included.
• Builder development / train-the-trainer: Develop moderate proficiency through three full workflow buildouts, with tools and methods for building future projects, processes and workflow templates.
• Admin and executive training: Confident administration, monitoring, maintenance, first-line technical support and leadership use.
• Reporting and documentation: Team-lead and executive dashboards, plus documented Asana best practices.

• Personalized help: Two office-hours sessions, two ad hoc service hours and two custom-topic group workshops.
• Internal support: Asana Champions training and weekly Tips coaching.
• Questions and resources: Three months of Asana inbox Q&A and Help Hub access.
• Team software: One year of Supersana and EasyTasker team licenses.
• Optional lifetime upgrade: 50% off permanent, unlimited lifetime licenses for both Supersana and EasyTasker, paid once.

🔄 Phase 5: Continuous Improvement

• Custom planning workshops: Develop a fully customized Continuous Improvement plan, including your priorities and a roadmap for the next 6–12 months.
• Reusable resources: Continuous Improvement video training and worksheet.

• Core — balanced middle package: Choose Core for a lower price, adapted planning and hands-on help with your first workflow.
• Starter — lowest-priced implementation: Choose Starter when saving money is the priority and your team can invest substantially more time.

📈 Keep your team improving

Your implementation includes the Continuous Improvement planning and training described above. Ongoing Continuous Improvement Plans are available separately.

Add Guided Continuous Improvement within 30 days of your implementation purchase to keep Supersana and EasyTasker team licenses included while your plan remains continuously active. Managed Continuous Improvement always includes both licenses while active.

📅 Price and scheduling

From $18,200 USD for one cohort. Choose your Full-Service delivery option:

• STANDARD: A phased implementation, usually over 6–8 weeks.
• BLITZ: Four full-day working sessions across two Fridays and two Saturdays.
• ON SITE: Four days per team, delivered on site. Travel is additional.

Confirm availability before purchase.

Priced by cohort, not headcount. A cohort is a group participating in the rollout together; one cohort usually includes about 1–15 people, two cohorts about 16–30, and so on. These are recommendations, not participant limits. Select the cohort count to see your package price.

Asana inbox Q&A, Help Hub access and included software-license periods begin with your first working session. Software coverage applies to the cohorts purchased.
