Down Payment to Reserve Your Asana Implementation Start Date (Refundable) | Asana Kickstart Services & Products

IMPORTANT: Reserving your "BUILD PHASE" start date is completely optional. We make this option available because we only accept 1 full-service implementation every 3 weeks to make sure we have the bandwidth to provide you high-quality and timely support.

This down payment will serve as a deposit toward the cost of your implementation and 100% will be applied as a credit toward your implementation cost.

If you choose *not* to reserve a start date, your start date will be assigned at the moment of your first payment, based on our next available start date.

Making a down payment to reserve your start date allows you to "save your spot in line" in case your internal preparation process is lengthy and you want to avoid delays on your implementation.

🟠NOTE: ALL implementations are available to begin the PLAN phase IMMEDIATELY after payment. The "Start Date Reservation" is for the BUILD phase of your implementation, where the majority of the implementation work happens.
