Custom automations and integrations are essentially custom software built on top of other apps or other software. This means that, like all software, if there are updates in the tech they're built on top of, they need to be updated to get to need to function properly.

Instead of hiring or delegating a full time employee to learning Make.com and/or Zapier, the Maintenance and Monitoring plan from TeamKickstart allows you to make sure that your automation errors and updates are handled for you quickly and professionally to make sure your automations and integrations keep working, starting at less than the monthly cost of one service hour with Bryan.

Here's what's included:

• Uptime Monitoring (if it goes down, we'll investigate and resolve for you)
• Error Maintenance (if our automation breaks, we'll fix it for free)
• Compatibility Updates (when Asana feature updates cause your automations to break, we'll update your automations for free)

PLEASE NOTE:
What's included: Our Maintenance and Monitoring plans help you avoid the cost of a full-time employee handling your automations and include unlimited monitoring and maintenance, starting at less than the cost of a single service-hour w/ Bryan.
Alternative options: If you prefer, you can opt to just notify us when you have errors and get help at our regular hourly rates listed below (discounts increase with larger bundles) when there are errors or maintenance issues.

IMPORTANT:
Adding to or changing your automations is not included and is still billed at our hourly rates. Unlimited maintenance and monitoring is defined as any breakages or performance issues with automations that were built and tested properly and are malfunctioning for any reason.
