Migration to Asana | Asana Kickstart Services & Products

SERVICE OVERVIEW: 
Full-service migration of projects to Asana (from Trello, Airtable, Monday, SmartSheet, ClickUp, Wrike, Teamwork, and select other project management tools). CSV exports are the faster, more affordable option, but in many or most cases, they only support migration of parent tasks and some custom field data. Full migration, including comments, subtasks, and most custom field data is also available.

STAGE 2: MIGRATION
  • Migration of project data to Asana
  • Semi-weekly progress reports (for larger migrations)
STAGE 3: DELIVERY AND USER REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
  • Tour of newly migrated projects in Asana
  • Follow-up Q&A session w/ 1 round of light revisions
  • 4-hr Service Hours Bundle included for extra questions, support, training, or customizations

      Help resources:

      • Recordings of the migration review and Q&A sessions (and any other requested recordings)
      YOUR WORK:
      • Schedule the dates for team meetings and working sessions.
      ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE: Can be scheduled as early as 1-2 weeks from payment. The 3 stages of a team rollout are usually scheduled over a 2-3 week period, but can be delivered as quickly as 1 week, depending on your team's scheduling availability and the scope of the migration work.
