- Set up reporting dashboards and saved searches to oversee project progress and to mitigate tasks that are at risk or overdue
- Set up "project management bots" using Asana rules to help the team remember and update upcoming high priority tasks
- Create team workload reporting dashboard
- Learn functionality and setup for team goals that align with team projects
- Review and practice options for reporting upwards to leadership or other stakeholders inside or outside of Asana
