Part 1 (90 mins): Admin Console, Settings, and Included Support
  • Choosing the right settings for your organization
  • Managing members, teams, and permissions
  • Support resources for admins

Part 2 (90 mins): Ongoing Maintenance and Additional Support

  • Managing team requests for new users, new guests, new teams, project buildout support, etc.
  • Setting up for Asana sustainability with SOPs, reference projects, and Asana Champions
